This report is encouraging! I am optimistic that we can build smarter; the house is just the beginning. Our cities need to change too. Especially when it comes to over dependence on the automobile and the idea that continued development that expands the perimeter of the city and the construction of new roads (i.e., sprawl) is the hallmark of a thriving local economy.
